Quality politics

The SHE-Elevator Management, dedicated to the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and testing of home lifts, has decided to promote and disseminate at all levels of the company an integrated policy of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety that serves as a guide for achieving our primary goal:

“Guarantee QUALITY and SERVICE to our customers while maintaining a high BALANCE between DEVELOPMENT and NATURE.”

Our policy includes the following guidelines:

  • Comply with the requirements requested by interested parties, as well as with applicable regulatory and/or legal requirements, and others to which we have subscribed.
  • Offer customers highly specialised service adapted to the technological advancement of our products.
  • Conduct activities in an environment fully respectful of the environment, under the principle of pollution prevention.
  • Ensure the conduct of activities in a safe environment for workers, under the principle of protecting their safety and health from risks that cannot be eliminated.
  • Maintain the Integrated Management System in pursuit of continuous improvement as the central focus of our activities.
  • Ensure our interested parties perceive and appreciate our ongoing improvement.

To achieve these guidelines, SHE-Elevator commits to:

  • Commit to maintaining a quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policy as a reference framework in establishing quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety objectives.
  • Commit to complying with the quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety policy and lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the management system.
  • Commit to reviewing this policy to adapt it to new requirements and make it available to any company or institution or interested party that requests it.
  • Commit to allocating the necessary and viable resources to maintain continuous contact with our interested parties to understand their needs and adapt to them.
  • Commit to developing high-end products and services (high quality/minimal impact).
  • Commit to taking necessary measures to achieve employee satisfaction and maintain a good work environment. At SHE-Elevator, we commit to fostering employee participation and training.
  • Commit to managing vital resources such as water and energy in a demanding and efficient manner by allocating the necessary and viable resources.
  • Commit to developing our activities to minimise waste, spills, and emissions.
  • Maintain strict control over significant environmental aspects to minimise any impact.
  • Commit to preventing harm and health deterioration and continuously improving the management of safety and health at work (SST) and its performance.
  • Commit to complying with applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which SHE-Elevator has subscribed related to risks for safety and health at work (SST).
  • Continuously improve working conditions and prevent health and property damage.
  • Consult, inform, and ensure the participation of all SHE-Elevator employees in all matters related to the improvement of occupational health.
  • Foster internal and external communication, training, and information on initiatives and procedures related to occupational risk prevention, encouraging understanding, development, and compliance.
  • Integrate our suppliers, distributors, and subcontractors into the active commitment to improving working conditions.

Everyone is asked to commit to occupational health and safety; management is the first to assume this, and it will support the necessary actions to improve the well-being of our workers.

The organisation uses the risk assessment methodology, based on its context, interested parties, and performance (environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety); of the processes to prevent possible deviations or non-conformities from the management system.

SHE-Elevator Management signs this policy and commits to maintaining and making the content of this policy available to the general public.
